• Quiz answers — the choices you make in the decision engine and the recommendations produced from them.
• Account data — email address, display name and membership status, if you create an account.
• Usage and click data — pages viewed, buttons and booking links clicked, an anonymous device identifier, referrer and approximate technical data such as browser type.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status only, never full card details.

• To run the service and produce your recommendations — performance of a contract.
• To manage your account, membership and credit — performance of a contract.
• To measure link clicks, attribute affiliate commission and improve the product — legitimate interests.
• To send service or marketing emails where required — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations — legal obligation.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your answers, and hold an anonymous identifier used to attribute clicks. Analytics and affiliate partners may set their own identifiers when you follow a booking link. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the service may then stop working.

We share data with service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and database infrastructure, our payment processor, email delivery, and affiliate networks that record referred clicks. We never sell your personal data. Some providers operate outside the UK/EEA; where they do, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Account and quiz history are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure. Click and analytics records are kept for up to 24 months. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.
