Terms of Service

Travel Trends (“we”, “us”) operates an independent travel recommendation tool. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms.

We generate recommendations from the answers you give us and link you to travel providers, accommodation providers or booking platforms. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not take payment for travel or accommodation, we do not hold inventory, and we are not a party to any contract you form with a travel provider or booking platform.

Prices, availability, ratings and destination or property details shown on our site are indicative and may be out of date. Always confirm directly with the provider before you book.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

• Travel Trends Pro costs £800 per year, billed in advance, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Each paid year includes £400 of Travel Trends booking credit, released to your account when your payment clears.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by our payment processor, not by us directly.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may change plan features or pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

• Credit is a benefit of membership, not money, and has no cash value.
• Credit can be applied only to eligible bookings made through links and partners we designate in your account, subject to the terms shown at the time of redemption.
• Credit expires at the end of the membership year in which it was issued and does not roll over.
• Credit is personal to you, non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded for cash.
• If a membership is refunded or reversed, any credit already redeemed may be deducted from the refund, and unredeemed credit is cancelled.
• We may withdraw or void credit obtained through error, abuse or fraud.

UK/EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription. By starting your membership immediately you agree the service begins at once; if you then cancel within 14 days, any refund may be reduced in proportion to the service used, including the value of any credit already redeemed.

Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer or overload the service, misuse affiliate links, or use the site for anything unlawful. All site content, branding and rankings remain our property or that of our licensors.

We provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee that recommendations will suit you or that listed details are accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your stay, your booking provider, or your reliance on our recommendations. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@traveltrends.app.
